History Mister Couture is established in the Eastern Townships in Quebec. He competed at the international level in swimming and acted as captain of the university team "Rouge & Or" during four years. He stood out by his ability to teach swimming in addition to delivering training to high caliber swimmers. He was chosen as trainer on the National Team for the Pan-Pacific Games in 1991.
Training Fascinated by the excellence he pursues, since 1995, his elaborates studies on the conditions which allow individuals to get the success they deserve. He is a graduate of Coach University and Landmark Education. He also learned from world experts sush as the Havard Business Shool. Mister Couture is a professionnal engineer. He graduated with a bachelor's degree at Laval University (Quebec) in applied Science in 1993. He also has training in International Commerce from AMCEQ. He is a member of the International coach federation (ICF), Coachville and IAC He is a member of the International Society of Mental Training and Excellence (ISMTE)
Experience Mister Couture is president and founder of the firm EC3-Coach which offers coaching services for politicians and executive managers. He deploys his expertise with the government and the largest corporations. He devotes all his professional activities to the practice of coaching. His expertise in ontology, the study of human beings, distinguishes paradigms and the conditions related to success. Previously, he stood out by his relational aptitudes and his ability in representative management also in engineering.
Today Today married and father of two, he has settled in Lac Brome. He is committed to quality family life and global success. His fundamental values are responsibility, mastery, nurtured relations and insiration. He has developed a functional rigor and a superior level of listening, which gives him access to new ways to resolve and innovate. He is audacious and fascinated by grandiose challenges that the human being wants to accomplish with his infinite capacities and resources. He sits on different Boards and he is pleased to offer his time to charitable organizations sush as Info-Crime, Serviq, OIQ, Chamber of Commerce.
